Rafactor project structure and adapted illuminate\Collection from Laravel

Change log

1. Refactor namespace references from Foundation to Core
2. Updated namespace imports in various files to replace Clicalmani\Foundation with Clicalmani\Core.
3. Changed type hints and return types in the DBQuery and related classes to use the new Collection classes from Core.
4. Adjusted method signatures in the QueryInterface and related models to reflect the new Collection types.
5. Ensured all references to the Log, Config, and other support classes are updated to the Core namespace.
