feat(tests): add comprehensive tests for UploadedFile and Cache facade

  • Implement UploadedFileTest to validate file upload handling, including error codes, file properties, and multi-file support.
  • Create AcceptingResolver, Injectable, InjectableChild, and related stubs for dependency injection testing.
  • Add CacheTest to ensure Cache facade correctly interacts with CacheManager and stores.
  • Establish TestCase as a base for tests, managing configuration and service snapshots.
  • Bootstrap testing environment with necessary service providers and fixtures.
