Sponsor/funder page layout

I've updated the sponsor and funder page
https://staging.clir.org/about/current-sponsors-and-funders/

but the left column goes on too long, and the funders should appear after the funders. Not sure how to fix layout.

I'm not sure what it means that the funders should appear after the funders.

I'm going to move the map to this page as it's a very long list of data, and not particularly interesting data to give it a bit more of an interactive element.

There are some issues with the mark up on the page. I cleaned it up as well I could, but there are links that I suspect shouldn't be there. It may be better to generate this from the MemberSuite API and update occasionally.

Hi, Wayne, I know the sponsor/member page needs cleanup and link checks. As for the map of CLIR, sponsorship/membership is only one of several layers – we also have them for HC, Mellon, PD, etc… so not sure if it makes sense to attach it to sponsorship page. As for funders, the list should come after sponsors and members, as it does on the current CLIR page.
