Numerous bug fixes:

• Fixed async issue where Form was not getting passed the updated value of a Field
• Fixed Fields starting with pristine flag set to false
• Removed duplicate spec_helper function, simulateChange
• Corrected what props are passed to Field components from Form

Added a test for ensuring Fields pass state to Form appropriately.
