best workflow with testing

Hello,

I'm currently trying to create some serious project with clojure using aquaemacs, leiningen, nrepl and clojure-mode. I faced quite a problem for me: how can I test my code in REPL? I want to have 2 files, first one with code, the second with tests. What's the best approach of doing it in "one-click" manner with autoreloading, switching buffers, don't asking for save etc. Just ONE step. I don't want to use lein test, it takes too long.
Any suggestion is worthy for me :)

Apart from the aquamacs part that's what clojure-test-mode is designed for. You could write your own defun that handles saving before kicking off a test run.

ok, I've managed to run it, but now I'm getting those ugly errors:

I'm trying now to install freshest versions of clojure-mode and clojure-test-mode.

Im also experiencing this issue. A simple fix is to open the *_test.clj file, run nrepl-jack-in, then open the implementation file in ./src. It's weird that you get different results depending on the order you open the files in.

I've run into this as well, thanks for the work-around. My packages were installed from marmalade, today.

I'm running into the same problem. I have not been able to get past the problem with the workaround, though that could be due to noob-fumbling in emacs. This appears to be repeatable by following the steps in the tutorial here: http://clojure-doc.org/articles/tutorials/emacs.html Have had the problem on two different OS builds.

As a workaround change namespace to your test namespace in repl and run

(run-tests)

Also having this issue, emacs24 on OSX 10.8. The workaround of visiting the code seems to help. Still weird tho.
