- Now the with_asset_tier_* methods replace the whole tier object to hold either the explicit new tier object or only the id of the old tier.
- Added key-value replacement for parameter values and shared values.
- Now the country field on tiers contact information uses the ISO Country Code Alpha 2.
- New tier field external_id has been added.
- Support for reason and note fields in request builder and bdd steps has been added.
- New with_item_quantity and with_items BDD steps has been added.
