$ cm cluster2 create --name NAME
It creates a cluster NAME.
$ cm cluster2 delete NAME
Cluster NAME is delete successfully.
$ cm cluster2 create --name NAME
Cluster NAME created
Cluster NAME is now active
If you tried to create another cluster with the same cluster name just used, cm says cluster NAME is created and is now active. But there is no vm created on cloud. It's only "created" and "active" within the cloudmesh database.
