未运行的程序也能直接启动，顺手修掉一个每页数量算错的问题

• ✨ 已配置但未运行的程序可以直接启动：选中（回车 / 点击 / 代号）即打开，不用回桌面找图标；设置页新增「未运行的程序」开关，可切回「仅切换」
• 🐛 修复「每页卡片数」被算小：启动初期窗口尺寸未就绪时测量会把数量算小（设 21 却只显示 16），现已等窗口就绪后再计算

Not-running apps can now be launched directly, plus a fix for the per-page count

• ✨ Configured but not-running programs can be launched on select (Enter / click / code) — no need to hunt for the icon; a new "Not-running apps" switch in Settings lets you switch back to "Switch only"
• 🐛 Fixed the per-page card count being computed too small at startup (e.g. 21 set but only 16 shown); measurement now waits until the window is fullscreen
