- The cup was great! People can donate without anyone looking at the amount, people can give 20 and take out 10.
- Having two mirrored huge and good widescreens was awesome!
- Having business cards for technical people that want to continue discussions with a particular person was awesome.
- ASTRA beer was fine. Good with the stickers.
- 60 bottles were just about right.
- The beer/donation system was neat. People liked it and usually paid way more than needed.
- Flyers have the gitter channel.
- Long sleeved shirts! It was cold and they are long sleeved so everything was exactly right :)
- Not enough flyers! At least print 200pc.
- Flyers do not have the website! That's missing.
- We had no stickers. Everybody wants those!
- Not enough T Shirts. There is demand for this, we should buy more and offer them over multiple conferences in various sizes. People seem to like it too.
- Way more coke (maybe double or triple?) and maybe partly sprite or something; it was all gone very fast on only one day.
- The PC had no wifi, we bridged it with a laptop but that was always shaky and when @sils1297 did the talk the laptop was gone.
