./build/clie --model qwen-3-32b --prompt "you are a helpful assistant." is now valid. the --prompt option sets the system prompt for the ai (default is "you are a helpful assistant."), and --model is accepted but ignored since the model is hardcoded to "qwen-3-32b". the cli will start the interactive chat with the specified system prompt.

i've staged and committed the addition of the --prompt option to cerebras_cli (as an alias for --system-prompt).
