Add Google Spanner into comparison matrix

@dianasaur323, I think you're reworking the cockroachdb in comparison matrix? We should add Google Cloud Spanner.

Also, we could add another "Jepsen" dimension, indicating whether the db has been tested by Jepson, the highest consistency level verified by that testing, and a link to the post.
