MovR Documentation

We need to create a documentation section that introduces the MovR application and dataset, and provides instructions for setting up the database and tables, to run the application.

This page will include the following:

• A general overview of the MovR application and dataset.
• Instructions on using cockroach demo and cockroach workload for MovR.
• Instructions on manual setup (perhaps first on a simple local cluster, and then on a larger, distributed GCP cluster).
