Move constraints into separate docs #607
Description
Move each constraint listed in consrtaints.md into its own doc:
- NOT NULL
- Primary Key
- Unique
- Check
- Foreign Keys
Foreign keys and the upcoming interleaved tables are both very complex and need their own set of documentation.
