絵文字とPrefixフォーマットのcommit messageを生成する

Mapで以下のような(仮)情報をプロンプトに与えて、OpenAPIにpostする
(docsにもこの仕様のことを書いておく)
『feat: New feature』
『perf:  Improve performance』
『chore:  Updation about build, library...』
『refactor: Not effected to feature』

or
『🚀: Big Update』
『🚨: Test』
『🗑️: Delete something』
『🎨: Design』
『📚：Document』
『🐛: bugfix』
