All share_buttons partials on code.org are now only shown if reachability to the site in question (facebook.com or twitter.com) is determined, and if the user is not < 13 years.

The new code to make them appear when reachability for social sites is confirmed changes their behaviour a little: the two buttons now stack instead of appearing side by side. Given how few users end up on this legacy /congrats page, it seems fine to make such a change.

As a trial run, we're going to play two videos from youtube-nocookie.com instead of youtube.com. This occurs at: /s/express/stage/1/puzzle/1 /s/express/stage/3/puzzle/1 As a counterpoint, this level still uses youtube.com: /s/express/stage/9/puzzle/1 The reachability-testing has also been adjusted so that these two videos check against https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/favicon.ico.
