[BUG] Recent file upload section is not updating as expected

Describe the bug
When user uploads file then it is not reflected in file uploading section, instead user has to restart app for it to appear their.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to home page
2. Try uploading a new file
3. Once a file upload starts, open the file uploading status section by dragging from center top towards bottom.
4. Observe that current file is not reflected,
5. now restart the app, and repeat steps.

Expected behavior
File status is reflected immediately after upload starts.
