[BUG] remove profile image section from authentication page

Describe the bug
Earlier the API was supporting the profile image but in the the v1.0.0-beta doesn't support. This issue focuses on removing all the profile image related features and dependencies.

To Reproduce
Example steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Authentication page
2. Make sure you are on SignUp page
3. Click on upload profile picture
4. Select image and proceed
5. Once account is created navigate to profile section
6. Observe that default avatar is used as profile image

Expected behaviour
Since the API doesn't support that feature, it should be removed temporary or completely from the entire app.
