Minor refactoring to improve backwards compatibility.

Added:

  • Added a simplified TwoLineElements object schema as a thin wrapper around the new GeneralPerturbationsOrbit.
  • Added altitude as an alias for mean_altitude for circular orbits.

Changed:

  • Fixed an overly-sensitive unit test that failed on different platforms due to numerical differences.
