Make types exportable

• move types (and translations) to JSON file source of truth
• write script (PHP? TS?) to autogenerate readme table in place in README.md from JSON files
• make JSON exportable via NPM
• make JSON epxortable via Composer

I have an english language json file that contains the following for 23 fellowships:

• abbr
• flags
• name
• type_descriptions (C & O)
• types

I can grab the data from reeadme.md for the 2 languages there as our starting point.

great. as a first pass i think we want a types.json that looks like

… but i'm open to suggestions!

hopefully we'll be able to still export to PHP soon
