Moment package size

the last commit updated moment-timezone and increased the size of app.js from 1.85 -> 2.49 mb

we should explore alternatives: luxon? vanilla js?

timezone conversion does not seem possible in vanilla js. but if we implement luxon we should be able to get the package down to 1.44 😅
