Empty address labels in list mode

Australian addresses have a different number of commas than US addresses, which is why there are lots of empty address labels at https://al-anon.org.au/meetings/ - i think we typically show the address field if present or infer an address if there are three commas in the address. i think we should probably change it to just display everything before the first comma?
