Spring Boot Admin Server information

Successor ticket for #2255.

    3.0.0, 3.0.1

Even though PR #2311 has fixed the UI Extensions in a way that they are displayed and rendered correctly again, navigating to the custom routes does not work properly. When one opens a custom routed by typing it in the adressbar, a blank page is shown. Menu items work as expected.
