This were causing the build to not able to run, because Bundler is now at 1.7.x.
We actually put our binstubs in bin, and they're not executable. This confused RubyGems.

binfrom executables, as our gem actually doesn't have any executable. Those stuff inbinare binstubs. That confused RubyGems and conflicted executable in user's installation.
