All localStorage values must be reset on logout

Things like the preferred leaderboard slug seem to persist after I impersonate a user as staff. I think this might affect dark mode too? Let's have all of these reset when a user logs out.

Ideally we'd do this in such a way that it's either automatic, or easy to remember to do this for every component/service that uses the localstorage service
