Every freeze recorded `breadcrumb: null` — including labelled ones — because
the watchdog read the label AFTER the frozen work's `finally` had cleared it.
Fixed by attributing spans that OVERLAP the freeze window, plus V8 stack
sampling (own native thread) that names code nobody labelled.
