Partner list redesign

Description

• Resolves Adjust "Our Partners" list to display as shown #40
• Updating media queries so that partners cards display as single column on mobile and display as an offset 3 and 2 stack on desktop.

I'm having an issue getting the 3+2 config to work on desktop. The wrapper is set at a fixed width and so the section aligns relative to it instead of centering:

I'm wondering if we could change the wrapper to displaying a flexbox column that has it's items aligned center? Or perhaps theres a better way to solve this that isn't coming to my mind. Any ideas @NickSchimek or @kgottfri ?

Wrap section in an 80% width div and center the tiles.
