FR - Trigger a testing pipeline on the Runtime being debugged. 

Proposal:
- Create a dummy pipeline
- Configure the pipeline to use the Runtime being debugged
- Trigger a build.

Do these actions **before** getting the `description` and `logs` of the pods.
That way, we'll have recent Pods (engine, dind), and we'll see what's happening (if there's any issue)
