Manifest#Attribute#writeLine does not user platform line ending

This method explicitly uses Windows-style line ending where the manifest spec allows any. It is common practice to apply the line ending of the platform the Java runtime is running. The same behavior is observered by Writers.

Due to some upcoming changes and Oracle Manifest writer uses \r\n too, won't fixing this issue.
