CDLVSM 0.12.1
Includes 0.12.0's dependency resolver, optional features and shared service lifecycle support.
Fixes the modern Code archive fallback when GitHub's release-asset listing is unavailable or rate-limited. Code 0.5.0 and newer use the single code-<tag>-x86_64-linux.tar.gz archive; old tiered releases retain their original SDK/runtime layout. Checksum verification and staging behavior are preserved.
Verified with workspace tests, CI, a real Code 2.16.0 install with API lookup deliberately disabled, and a dry-run using the published IDE 0.19.0 and Mike service 0.5.0 assets. The latter resolves Code 2.14.5 beside the newer compiler without changing installed packages.
Update CDLVSM before installing the new Mike packages.

- Resolve declared transitive package dependencies, compatible shared versions and exact side-by-side runtime bindings.
- Optional feature dependencies support
cdlvsm install ide --with mike. - Install Mike Desktop, mike-cli or the standalone mike-service with one shared service package; no mandatory CLI intermediary for IDE.
- Manage service registration/upgrades/removal and protect packages still needed by other installed versions.
- Preserve packages when a service cannot stop or unregister; reject malformed/noncanonical version constraints.
Upgrade CDLVSM before installing the new Mike 0.5.0 packages. CI and release checks passed; the legacy Mike install test's Desktop prerequisites are explicitly supplied in CI.
