CI into JetBrains marketplace

@fioan89 I was wondering if it would be easy for us to automatically upload tagged builds to the JetBrains marketplace?

Yes it is possbile but I need an admin to create a publish token here https://plugins.jetbrains.com/author/me/tokens and add it as a secret on the repository. Then I can quickly setup the workflows for upload.
