Refactor Jetbrains Toolbox branch to work with the latest toolbox build

From @code-asher - It may be easier to start with the sample and adding our code to it

After this is merged, we should be able to -

• Login to coder
• list workspaces
• connect to workspace (CLI should be configured when you log in)
• do you get kicked back into login screen when token expires?
