Advertise the Coder plugin on the bottom of the Gateway screen

What do we need to do to display the Coder plugin here?

Hi Ben,

We have to reach out to Jetbrains for that. I'm not aware of any API that we could hook-up and advertise the plugin. Also, maybe someone with better skills at marketing can revise the screenshots and the text I provided on the plugin page:
