Keeps building version 2.1.0.702 instead of version 2.1.0.710 #150

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build Jabber-Net Dll
What is the expected output?
Jabber-Net.dll version 2.1.0.710
What do you see instead?
Jabber-Net.dll version 2.1.0.702
What version of the product are you using?
2.1.0.710 since there are a few places that this file exists but I want to be
able to build it myself. When I build it I keep getting version 2.1.0.702.
On what operating system?
Windows 7.
