The vendored verification core is re-pinned to the signed receipt-verifier v1.1.5 (tag object d2e8097, peeled commit f7eb51f, same signer fingerprint SHA256:7yRXTm9zKGicfFpzL+7lpwFoPaoSwxAJlabB3jwxw2Y). Two files move: verify.js (the key algorithm is read from the SPKI OID and only an Ed25519 key verifies a receipt; a bad keyring entry is skipped instead of failing the whole keyring) and keys/coderifts-keys.json, now the live registry bytes (sha256 0981898b8bd3fc5745be183f1cd021f355b1bbd8f37fc30b493e225a763928dd: 2026-10-k1 active, 2026-07-k1 retired at 2026-10-21T00:00:00.000Z). A receipt under 2026-07-k1 signed before that instant is RETIRED_KEY_VALID_AT_ISSUE; at or after it, KEY_RETIRED_AFTER_SIGNING. A grant under the retired kid is refused (UNKNOWN_KEY/retired_kid, verify-grant.js unchanged); the real-grant test now checks the recorded 2026-09-10 grant against the registry as it was at issuance (v1.0.3:keys/coderifts-keys.json). The README states that the package keeps no state across processes and that a stop does not undo an external side effect already sent. The package description is the canonical sentence. The published 17.3.6 tarball was built from 4163594 (its npm gitHead), the child of the v17.3.6 tag commit b687ccc, which adds the 17.3.6 changelog entry and re-records the app-sync policy snapshot. npm test: 1279 tests, 1279 pass, 0 fail.
