Several agents working out of one repo: launch each as its persona and it gets only its own hubs.

• Several agents in one repo each get only their own hubs. When many agents work out of one
  directory (a shared knowledge base), the plugin's per-project memory could not tell them apart,
  so a fresh session waited for its own arm. Launch each session as its persona
  (CONFER_ROLE=jarvis claude): its plugin reader then delivers that persona's hubs and no one
  else's, with nothing to arm, and a bare confer arm in that session arms only that persona.
