This is just a simple improvement I use so that I can easily see which snippets are active and inactive.
I did this temporarily, and later I will make a sorting option.

If anyone else thinks it's useful, please implement it into the source.

I've checked the SCSS complation, and it does indeed compile as expected.

Very fancy! This is a nice-looking improvement. My only thought is: do you think that everybody would welcome it? I would only want to make this part of the plugin, and on by default, if the majority of people will want to use it. Otherwise, perhaps it could require changing an option to activate it.

In the next version, I'm planning on making a change on multisite to the snippets list to show network snippets on subsites, and as part of this it looks like I'll be making the row actions permanently visible.

So if that's what you're looking for, it's already in the works! I'll probably add a setting as well for those who hate the change and prefer them to only show on hover.

I definitely will! I might close this for now, but if I do end up implementing the fade and hover effects, I'll use your code and let you know. Thanks!
