Coverage remained the same at 99.169% when pulling d34ca11 on scrollytelling:vendor-app-javascript into b2c5e53 on codevise:master.

Travis still didn't receive the webhook. Amended and force-pushed the last commit and then it worked.

  The database migration for Pageflow 12.0 which updates output
  presences of existing video files is missing the HLS variant. This
  causes HLS urls of existing video files to be rendered as
  `undefined`.

- Add Resque::Server to the generated routes

  Mounting the Resque web server makes it easier to inspect background
