- Removed .claude/ (no longer needed)
- vermin.ini: `uvx vermin src/` now reports the correct minimum python (3.10), instead of mistaking
  `from runez import file` for python2's builtin `file`
- Docs: type checkers are part of what a PR must pass, parked async cached_property no longer
  refers to the removed `py_mimic()`
