In a few projects where there is behat testing, we have to add matchers for UUIDs and IRIs.

This could be an addition which could benefit users of this package.

Agree, I also had a few use cases for UUID already. Feel free to open pull request 👍

Just created Pull Request #89 for UUID support, will look into IRIs at some point.

UUID matcher was added, IRIs is still waiting for PR
