Agent SDK v0.19.0

This release makes sub-agent traces appear as running as soon as a child agent starts. It is a small behavioral update with no migration or upgrade action required unless you rely on trace event timing in custom consumers.

  Child spans are now emitted with a running status at start instead of only becoming visible later. This makes streaming traces and custom trace event sinks reflect sub-agent activity sooner.
