  • Fix run_singularity_job(): modules_to_load parameter was silently ignored due to phantom slurm_options$modules_to_load read (#26)
  • Fix SLURM log directory: workers now receive resolved store path via HPRCC_TARGETS_STORE_BASE env var, preventing logs writing to ~/_targets/logs (#29)
  • add_controller() is now the public API; create_controller() is internal (#30)

Improvements

  • Vectorized completion file existence check in run_slurm_job()
  • Removed TOCTOU dir.exists pre-check; call dir.create() directly
  • Simplified store base path resolution to normalizePath(path.expand(...))
