Miscellaneous Fixes/Adjustments (#273)

# Description

Miscellaneous fixes discovered from recent changes (or old changes)

# Changes
* Fixed Auction config name in config.yaml from `Auctions.Seconds` to `Auctions.DurationSeconds`
* Set `Server.Seed` config value to `ConfigSecret` type, helping to prevent secret seed from being discovered accidentally when printing config values.
* Adding HTTPS support
  * Must have cert/key file present and configured in `FilePaths` config.
  * Makefile target added for testing purposes `make cert`
* Fixed `server set` and `configs` package to allow to set more than just string types.

Base URL path (#243)

* Removed `MspFileUrl` and replaced with `PublicFileUrl`
  * This is a more generic approach that can be used for any static assets being served, not just sound.

  * Old one was a little messy
