• apply() and remove() on usePluginDataset(id) in @collabdt/core/plugins-sdk/data: the Datasets menu's
  own tick and untick for one of the calling plugin's map.datasets, so a plugin's own switch and the menu
  always agree. apply() shows a hidden dataset again rather than adding it twice.
