  • UIRoot: <html lang> follows the locale. It is set on every locale definition, at start-up and on a change without a reload (setPreferredLocale, a language selector), as a BCP 47 tag (pt-BR, not pt_BR), so fonts (the right CJK glyphs), screen readers and hyphenation follow the language of the texts. New static UIRoot.setDocumentLang.
