Card 0.17.0

This release brings significantly more design control to Card and makes everyday editing faster. Google Fonts, borders, opacity, per-corner radius controls, and improved inline editing are now available throughout the editor.

Google Fonts

Card now supports the full Google Fonts catalog.

Fonts can be searched and selected for the entire email or individual text ranges. Each Google Font includes a configurable system fallback, while the required font resources are loaded in both the live preview and exported HTML.

More Design Controls

New styling options make it easier to reproduce detailed email designs:

• Borders for blocks, rows, cells, and content elements
• Independent controls for each border side
• Solid, dashed, and dotted border styles
• Individual radius controls for every corner
• Opacity controls for layout and content elements
• Quick HEX and alpha value inputs
• Recent-color and document-color palettes

These properties are preserved in JSON templates and rendered consistently in both the preview and exported HTML.

Redesigned Inspector

The settings sidebar has been reorganized into clear Content, Layout, Appearance, Link, and Mobile sections.

Controls are now more compact and consistent. Numeric values such as spacing, dimensions, radius, and opacity can also be adjusted quickly by dragging their fields.

Improved Inline Editing

Button labels can now be edited directly on the canvas, following the same natural workflow as regular text editing.

Selection overlays have also been refined to stay aligned with structural elements without interfering with the text caret.

Smarter Component Tree

Insertion points now understand the actual structure of the component tree. The insertion line reflects the correct nesting level and only offers elements that are valid for the selected location.

Nested rows and content elements also maintain a predictable shared order, making complex email structures easier to build and rearrange.
