Missing wizards in LF energy CoMPAS #377
Description
As a user CoMPAS I want to be able to change the substation section to create a substation section I need for my substation instance
Requirements:
add Susbtation wizard
add VoltageLevel wizard
add ConductingEquipment wizard
add Text wizard
add PowerTransformer wizard
add TransformerWinding wizard
all dialogs should be rendered within the plugin itself and not rely on any wizard API
Bring it into the CoMPAS project, it needs to be forked to CoMPAS
