User OpenSCD settings instead of CoMPAS specific settings (addon) #393
Description
As a maintainer of CoMPAS I want to reduce my maintenance effort and use upstream components (OpenSCD addon)
Requirements:
- remove CoMPAS settings addon
- use oscd-settings addon within CoMPAS distribution
Additional Inorfrmation:
@clepski removed the conflict from the two addon and allowed us to get rid of the CoMPAS specific settings addon, thx!
