Contributing Guide: How to implement Monitoring with Elastic in CoMPAS-OpenSCD #58

User Story
As a compas contributor I wan to have a reference document that describes the process of implementing Elastic’s RUM (Real User Monitoring) Agent in clear reproducible steps, so that I can easily implement monitoring on my own CoMPAS-OpenSCD deployment and maybe get a heads up on tricky steps that may cause some headaches.
Acceptance criteria
- There is an extra item in the sidebar of com-pas.github.io/contributing/ called Monitoring which points to a new markdown file called MONITORING.md
- In MONITORING.md there are instructions for implementing monitoring on the frontend side of CoMPAS (this is expected to grow as more monitoring solutions are implemented for the backend services)
