GitHub issue template is missing #7
Description
It took me a while coming from the compas-cim-mapping to understand where the contributing guidelines were located and how they were linked in github. I now understand they are organized from this repository.
In the contributing guidelines there is a link to an issue template, which doesn't exist in this repo. Similarly this issue template is not being used in the related repo's when creating a new issue.
