I know this is a draft/experimental PR, but I had some spare time and tried it with extreme supervision 😅 Here's some routes from commit 576ebf1 and onward, some have bookmarks, all on chill mode:

On the most recent commit, it seems to react poorly to both up and down hill and things over the road, even at night! Since the UI commits, when this happens there's no lead chevron on screen. Lots of gas overriding on the highway to not drop 20mph due to an overpass or overhanging sign! Very cool work, excited to see where it goes 😄

I find this to be driving quite well on my Volt without radar. The VOACC is better than e2e for the first time in a while.

In that first route, you can see a bit of odd behaviour wherein chill mode slows for some stop signs. Chill mode also occasionally stops uncomfortably close to lead cars IMO.
